1. Check-in and Check-out Times:

Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Early late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.


2. Maximum Occupancy:

The maximum occupancy for our Rooms is two adults. Additional guests may be accommodated with prior arrangement and may incur extra charges.


3. Smoking Policy:

Madamz BNB is strictly a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms and common spaces. Guests found smoking will be subject to a cleaning fee.


4. Pet Policy:

Pets are not allowed in our Rooms. However, service animals are welcome with proper documentation.


5. Noise and Behavior:

We strive to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, and guests may be asked to leave without a refund if they fail to comply.


6. Damages and Losses:

Guests are responsible for any damages or losses to our rooms and its contents during their stay. Charges for damages will be applied to the guest's credit card on file.


7. Payment and Deposit:

Payment is required upon check-in, and a valid credit card must be presented for incidental charges. A pre-authorization hold will be placed on the credit card for the total amount of stay, plus a security deposit.


8. Cancellation and Refund:

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival and no-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.


9. Extra Charges:

Additional charges may apply for amenities such as room service, minibar items, and telephone usage. Guests are encouraged to review their final bill upon check-out for accuracy.


10. Privacy and Security:

We respect the privacy of our guests and are committed to ensuring their security. Key card access is required for entry into guest room floors, and in-room safes are provided for valuables.
