At Madamz BnB, we prioritiSe the comfort and satisfaction of our guests. To offer flexibility and peace of mind, we have established the following refund policy for bookings:
Refund Eligibility
- Cancellations by the BnB: In the rare event that Madamz BnB must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule your stay without any extra charges.
- Guest Cancellations:
- Flexible Bookings: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before check-in will be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date are non-refundable.
- Non-Refundable Bookings: Some promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable. Please verify the terms and conditions of your booking before finaliSing your reservation.
Non-Refundable Situations
- No-Show: Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notification will not be entitled to any refund.
- Early Check-Out: Guests departing before the scheduled check-out date are not eligible for a refund for the unused portion of their stay.
Refund Request Process
- How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your booking confirmation details. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon approval.
Rescheduling
- Guests wishing to reschedule their stay can do so up to 48 hours prior to their original check-in date, subject to room availability. Any rate differences for the new dates may apply
